Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, photographs and a short explanation of the issue.

Where applicable, we will assess the item and arrange a replacement, repair, refund or store credit in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return courier cost unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other applicable law.
