The sale of equipment by The Morning Shuffle does not constitute a guarantee that:
• injury cannot occur;
• an accident cannot occur;
• a user will be visible to every road user;
• equipment will eliminate every hazard;
• every product is appropriate for every person or situation; or

Nothing in this provision limits statutory rights that may not lawfully be limited.

Bicycle lights, wheel lights, reflective items and other visibility products are intended to assist visibility.
They do not guarantee that a cyclist will be seen by another road user.

Emergency wound closure strips and similar products are intended for appropriate minor first-aid use.

• FAILURE TO FOLLOW CLEAR PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS OR WARNINGS;
• UNAUTHORISED MODIFICATION OR ALTERATION;
• USE OF A PRODUCT FOR A MATERIALLY UNINTENDED PURPOSE;
• DELIBERATE DAMAGE;
• THE USER'S OWN NEGLIGENT OR UNLAWFUL CONDUCT;
• FAILURE TO USE APPROPRIATE SAFETY EQUIPMENT; OR
• RELIANCE ON GENERAL WEBSITE INFORMATION AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
To the extent permitted by law, The Morning Shuffle will also not be responsible for remote or consequential commercial losses arising from circumstances for which applicable law permits liability to be limited.
